Cleanrooms
Your trusted partner for custom cleanroom solutions
What, and for whom, is a cleanroom?
//= $section['content'] ?>Cleanrooms are special low-dust and low-germ spaces designed to minimise the concentration of contaminants in the air. This makes them suitable for the pharmaceutical and medical industry, where product contamination is a risk.
At Unisol we specialise in designing and building custom cleanroom solutions.
Unisol cleanroom: Cost-efficient construction with sandwich panels
Our cleanrooms are made from sandwich panels. This makes a cleanroom construction project not only strong and durable, but also a cost-efficient option.
Moreover, our cleanrooms are easy to maintain and relatively quick to deliver because the walls and insulated doors are made in our own factory.

Classification
Classification standards define levels for the number of particles in a set amount of air. In the standard, a formula is used per dust class to determine, for a given minimum particle size, the maximum number of dust particles for that class in one cubic metre of air.
The classification has nine classes and relates to particles with a size of 0.1µ – 5µm. Particles smaller than 0.1µm are referred to as “ultrafine particles” and particles larger than 5µm are referred to as “macro particles”.
Our cleanrooms in action
Unisol & UniLab
//= $section['content'] ?>Realising turnkey solutions for the construction of cleanrooms and laboratories has grown into a separate specialism of Unisol, housed under subsidiary UniLab.
The UniLab cleanroom is characterised by its simplicity and clean finish. For manufacturing a cleanroom, UniLab uses flat sandwich panels produced in its own factory.
