Our insulated ventilation hatches are designed to regulate the supply and exhaust of air flows.
These hatches are supplied with an aluminium frame and surround, both with thermally broken profiles. The hatches are built from EPS or PIR insulated panels of 80–100–120–150 mm and are sealed with EPDM rubber for optimal seal and connection. The hinges are available in stainless steel ball-bearing or plastic versions.

Agricultural hatches: the features
Our ventilation hatches are fully custom-designed and produced for bulk storage of agricultural goods.
Our hatches can be operated manually but can also be electronically connected to a control system with rack-and-pinion systems from third parties. They are also available in various colours and steel types and can be executed as overlay or half-inset. Installation is straightforward and the hatches can be installed as inward or outward opening, complete with reveal pieces and drip profile in the facade colour. Optionally, our insulated hatches can be equipped with built-in heating cables to prevent freezing in areas where temperatures regularly fall below zero degrees Celcius.
